GadflyMagic ships all packages via the United States Postal Service, insured for the full retail value including shipping.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. Large bulk or custom orders may take longer to process, but usually ship within seven business days. Rush service and dropshipping is available upon request. Please allow extra time for new products after initial release.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 days. International orders take approximately two weeks for delivery (Customs times may vary and are subject to import duties). Unless specified otherwise, we do not guarantee shipping times or delivery schedule.
If your package is lost or damaged by the courier, GadflyMagic will file the insurance claim on your behalf. USPS requires thirty days before declaring the package lost and generally pays insurance two weeks later. Keep your packaging and inspect the contents, as all damaged merchandise is subject to an immediate insurance claim.
