Wholesale Discount Schedule: If you own a magic shop (online or brick and mortar), you are a pitchmen, general retail store, or reseller of any kind, you automatically qualify for a wholesale account on GadflyMagic.com and can purchase at wholesale prices, regardless of minimum order total or number of units.

Jobber Discount Schedule: If you are a jobber, distributor, or retail shop who buys in jobber-quantity bulk, you automatically qualify for a jobber account on GadflyMagic.com and can purchase at jobber prices. Minimum quantity required on some products.

Dropshipping Terms: Zero minimums (unit quantity and order total). If you need GadflyMagic to dropship direct to your customer, place your order as usual, write "DROPSHIP" in the comments box along with the shipping address. Email an invoice and/or postage label for a seamless transaction.

Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. GadflyMagic offers extended credit terms to established wholesale and jobber accounts only, subject to approval. After placing a few orders, Contact GadflyMagic for details. Minimums may apply. 

Pricing Information: The GadflyMagic website is accurate and up to date in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversions, however, are subject to final confirmation. Wholesale and jobber discounts are factored from industry standard pricing. If the system applies the discounts incorrectly, GadflyMagic will notify you before processing your order. 

Stock Quantities: The quantities listed on GadflyMagic.com are based on in-stock raw goods. Products may require assembly prior to shipment of your order. 

Licensing of Brand Trademarks and Copyrights: Purchasing direct from GadflyMagic provides you with limited rights to use the brand trademarks and text and graphic copyrights on this website. You may post GadflyMagic product descriptions, demo videos, and product images on your website in digital form, but you cannot print them or distribute this property without prior written consent from GadflyMagic. 

Content and Information You Provide, such as reviews and testimonials, becomes the property of GadflyMagic and its owners. You hereby irrevocably transfer mutual copyright to GadflyMagic. Your name and company name may be used as part of GadflyMagic's marketing and advertisements.
