ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
GADFLYMAGIC products come with a One-Year Warranty. If a product fails due to craftsmanship within one year, we will fix it or replace it. Some products have a longer warranty, and are marked accordingly. Please read this page in its entirety for complete details.

PLEASE NOTE: A return may not be necessary. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender. Contact us to see if a return is required, and/or to request an RMA number.
WARRANTY APPLIES TO THIRD-PARTY SALES
Did you purchase a GADFLYMAGIC product from a third party, such as a magic shop? If the vendor supplied our product in new condition, and we can verify product authenticity, then our ONE-YEAR WARRANTY covers your purchase. When you contact us for an RMA, please let us know from where you purchased our product.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MAY APPLY
Depending on the nature of the problem, you may need to pay to ship the product to us, and for return shipping of the repaired product back to you. We understand what a hassle and expense shipping is, and will do everything we can to remedy problems with the least amount of expense and hassle.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR ANY REASON
We offer a vast and varied product line—twenty unique brands—if you don’t like the item you received, chances are you will like another one of our quality products. All returns are satisfied with replacement, exchange for another item, or a store credit at our discretion. This policy also applies to cancelled orders.
CUSTOM PROJECTS MAY NOT QUALIFY
We attempt to apply our ONE-YEAR WARRANTY to every product that leaves the workshop. However, due to the nature of our varied projects, some items may be exempt. It is best to assume that your custom order is guaranteed only by shipping insurance. Any problems arising after a successful shipment requires additional expense for repair.
ATTENTION MAGIC STORE OWNERS
Our terms extend to your customers. Supply customers with our products in new condition, and our ONE-YEAR WARRANTY begins from the day they receive the merchandise. If you want, we will even handle the customer service, from trouble-shooting to replacement.
